Who runs this site

NowaDaysPosts is published by an independent publisher based in Slovenia, in the European Union. Contact for anything on this page: [ contact email ]. These details are published because the E-Commerce Directive requires a service provider to be identifiable and directly contactable before you deal with it.

Using the site

Read it, print it, send a link to whoever is redecorating. You need no permission from us for any of that. What you may not do is scrape the whole thing and republish it as your own site, or use it in a way that breaks the law or knocks the site over.

The written text, the curation and the layout are ours. Product names, product photographs and the Amazon marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we are pointing you at.

We are not the seller

This is important, so it gets its own heading. Nothing is sold here. Every product link goes to Amazon, and any purchase is a contract between you and Amazon or one of its third-party sellers. Payment, delivery, warranty, returns and complaints are entirely theirs, and your consumer rights on that purchase run against them, not against us.

Prices, ratings and availability

We deliberately do not show live prices, because they change hourly and a stale price on a blog is worse than none. Ratings and review counts are correct as of the day the page was built and drift afterwards. Availability changes constantly. Always check the current price, rating and availability on Amazon before buying. Anything here is editorial opinion and general information, not advice for your specific situation.

How we make money

Through the Amazon Associates programme: if you buy after clicking one of our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page, and it is disclosed on every page of this site because the law and Amazon both require it. It does not change what we recommend: picks are chosen on rating and quality, not on commission.

The newsletter

Subscribing is free and voluntary, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works. We send the newsletter a few times a week and use the list for nothing else. How your email address is handled is in the privacy policy. We may stop sending it at any time.

Links to other sites

We link to Amazon and occasionally elsewhere. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for what they do with your data once you are there.

Availability and liability

We would like the site to be up all the time and it very nearly always is, but we do not promise it, and we may change or remove any page without notice. The content is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information here, from a product bought through a link, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country.

Slovenian law applies, and if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one published when you read the site, and the date at the top moves when it changes.
